Fiat desperately needs cars that don't have 500 in their name in their lineup. Alfa needs something besides the 4C and 8C.
If they can't do that, then don't use those brands at all. Just sell them as Dodges and Chryslers:
Chrysler 8C SRT8
Chrysler 4C SRT4
Dodge D430 or 458 America (F430 or 458 with a manual transmission)
Dodge D12 Berlinetta
Dodge Panda
Dodge Mito
Chrysler Multipla
Dodge Doblo
Dodge Ducato
Chrysler Giulietta
Ferrari 810 Viperelli (a Viper with an automatic and double the price) Ferrari has gone automatic-only, while Gilles wants to keep the Viper manual. This would satisfy both groups. Also, they can't use the Viper name in Europe because trademark reasons.
Hey it worked for VW (R8/Gallardo/Huracan), so why not Chrysler? (Viper/base Ferrari) Ironically, Chrysler used to own Lambo!

I agree they need to sell there full line up, but I don't think Luca or who ever is chairman of Ferrari would like their cars being rebadged as Dodge.

Fiat Hellcat 500 needs to happen even more.
Torque steer for days.

They share the same chassis so you get the same torque steering goodness either way.

HOTD nomination :)

Impressive burnout, but that bodykit is awful. I wonder if that's on a stock motor or not. I know mine will light up the tyres easily because they're so damn skinny.

You have a Panda? Oh man you're so lucky! I wish they sold them over here! And the skinny tires get better gas mileage and cost less to replace. And like you said, easier to light them up :)

this is true, although I feel the 500 would look even more ridiculous

Blame the Grey Import Law for the difficulty of making new models being US Compliant.

Haha yeah, it's the same colour as the on in the video. Mileage is pretty good mainly because I have the diesel too. It's decently torquey so pulling away quickly will light up the tires if you're not careful, nothing as impressive as that video though haha.

It's not the import law that's the problem; it's our standards written by lobbyists to be different rather than better. They date back to the 50's when GM was still most of the US car market. They had no idea they'd ever crumble!
If we just signed on to the UNECE standards, then any x-year import ban would be moot.

You can get the same effect and make your neighbors just as mad with a can of Seafoam, with a lot less wear and tear on your engine and tires.

Yeah but it's cheating, and not as fun :)
